20 POP3 Mailboxes
A POP3 mailbox is a password protected area where mail is stored until you are ready to read it using a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. You can create a mailbox for each person or department in your organisation.

20 Autoresponders
Autoresponders reply to incoming e-mail instantly and automatically. You can set and change the text of the reply and the trigger address whenever you like. Autoresponders are ideal for customer service or informing people when you are away.

20 Forwarders
You can automatically have your e-mail forwarded to another onsite or offsite e-mail address. You can also use this option to discard unsafe e-mail.

2 Mailing Lists
A mailing list enables a single e-mail message to be delivered to multiple recipients. Mailing Lists are ideal for distributing staff bulletins and memos or sales information to your customer base.

SPAM Filtering
Unsolicited commercial e-mail commonly referred to as SPAM is the Internet equivalent of junk mail. You can set your hosting account to consult with a world wide database of known spammers to refuse e-mail sent from them. This reduces the amount of junk mail in your inbox increasing your productivity.

Web Based E-mail Access (webmail)
You can read, reply and compose your e-mail from any computer anywhere in the world through a web browser. We offer three industry-leading webmail applications for you to choose from; horde, NeoMail and SquirrelMail.

Unlimited E-mail Addresses
You can configure as many e-mail addresses at your domain name(s) as required. Mail to any address can be sent either to a POP3 mailbox on our server or forwarded to an existing e-mail address elsewhere. Mail sent to an address for which you have not configured a specific destination can be sent to a default location.

SMTP Outgoing Mail Server
You have access to your own SMTP mail server using mail.yourdomain.com. This means you will be able to send e-mail without having to dial-up to a particular ISP and from any location anywhere in the world.

IMAP
Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) is another method for collecting and reading your e-mail.

Modify MX Records
Mail Exchanger (MX records) control where your e-mail is delivered to. By default, this is set to your hosting server so you can download your e-mail from our server but you can change this if you want to have your mail sent to another server.

E-mail Filtering
You can have the server automatically filter your incoming e-mail. This could be useful for discarding unwanted messages.

Antivirus Protection
Computer viruses distributed through the e-mail system can cause untold harm to users unfortunate enough to receive them. Our mail servers scan your e-mails for known viruses alerting you to the danger before damage is done.

Server Backups
Each one of our servers automatically backups ALL data to a separate hard drive. This happens every day and additionally at the end of each week and each month so there are always three complete backups of your website, e-mail and server settings.
